Who We Are

We are an independent, supporter-led group of Bristol Rovers fans working to bring supporters together and build a stronger collective voice around the future of the club. This group currently operates informally and independently of Bristol Rovers Football Club.

As we evolve, this group intends to transition into a formally constituted Independent Supporters Association (ISA). Any such transition will not change how your data is used, only how it is governed.

For data protection purposes, we act as the data controller.

We only collect the minimum information required to operate:

  • Email address

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Why We Collect Your Data

We collect your information to:

  • communicate with supporters about supporter-led activity
  • share updates on priorities, meetings and next steps
  • invite participation in consultations or votes
  • support the development of an Independent Supporters Association

Your data will never be used for commercial purposes.

We process your data on the basis of:

  • consent. You choose to provide your details and can withdraw at any time.

How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your information will not be shared with:

  • Bristol Rovers Football Club
  • Bristol Rovers Supporters Club or SCG
  • sponsors or commercial partners
  • third parties

When we transition into a formal ISA, your data may be transferred to that organisation on the same basis and for the same purposes. You will be informed in advance and given the option to opt out.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We will only keep your data for as long as it is needed for supporter engagement and organisational purposes.
You can request removal at any time.
