People often ask me what my first game was and honestly, I don’t remember, all I know is that it was at Twerton and I was about 2 years old. I originally started this whole movement, honestly because I got frustrated at fans complaining (myself included) and doing nothing about it, so I started a poll on a forum to see who’d chip in for a flag and here we are 6 months on. I’m a successful professional living in London with a young family and honestly, I just want to have fans’ views really represented at board level. For too long we haven’t really been listened to because people have their own agendas and politics. BRISA isn’t about any of that, its about making this club better and more ambitious. I’m proud to be a Gashead, but I fear in future without the right facilities that our club is on borrowed time.
